We are unable to accept returns on Triton products once the safety seal on the product has been compromised, i.e. product has been opened.
Exceptions to this include if the product is found to be faulty once installed. Repair or replacement parts in the event of a faulty product would be covered by the manufacturers guarantee, provided the guarantee has not reached its expiry date.
For returns if the product is unopened or installed, we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
